Homeless Health

In partnership with Kingdom Family International Church, HEED Foundation provides support for the monthly distribution of toiletries and hygiene products to homeless community members at Moore's Square in Raleigh, NC.

Community Health Summit

In partnership with CliniSpan Health and local community health influencers, HEED Foundation facilitated a community health summit consisting of panel discussions regarding health disparities among minority populations. The summit also consisted of educational presentations focusing on the importance of health self-empowerment and minority inclusion in clinical trials.

Health Disparities Research

HEED Foundation is currently conducting the Health Equity & Education Improvement Program. The goal of the program is to promote a measurable improvement in health literacy within the populations that are most significantly impacted by a lack of health knowledge.  This multi-year program seeks to show improvement over time by impacting key determinants of health.
